Comprehensive guidelines for ethical conduct and responsible platform usage

All Users Must

Use the Platform exclusively for lawful and humanitarian purposes that align with the Foundation's mission of providing relief to those in genuine need.

Maintain the confidentiality and security of account credentials and immediately notify the Foundation of any unauthorized access or security breaches.

Ensure that all donated funds originate from legitimate and legal sources, and that donations comply with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and financial laws.

Provide accurate payment information and authorize the Foundation to process donations through our secure third-party payment partners.

Understand that donations are voluntary contributions and do not create any employment, partnership, or agency relationship with the Foundation.

Acknowledge that while the Foundation strives to honor donor preferences regarding fund allocation, operational needs may require flexible distribution of resources.

Beneficiary Obligations

Submit only genuine requests for assistance based on actual need, providing complete documentation and truthful explanations of circumstances requiring relief.

Promptly acknowledge receipt of any financial assistance or relief provided through the Platform using the designated acknowledgment procedures.

Utilize received funds exclusively for the stated purpose outlined in the relief request, and provide documentation of fund utilization when requested.

Donations & Disbursement

Transparent processes for receiving and distributing humanitarian relief funds

1

Secure Processing

All donations are processed through industry-leading, PCI-compliant third-party payment gateways ensuring maximum security and fraud protection.

2

Verification & Review

Each relief request undergoes thorough verification and review by our dedicated team to ensure authenticity and appropriate fund allocation.

3

Fund Disbursement

Approved relief funds are disbursed directly to verified beneficiaries through secure transfer methods, typically within 24 hours of approval.

Important Disclosures

Processing Timeline: While the Foundation strives for expedient disbursement, we do not guarantee instant or same-day settlement of relief funds. Standard processing and verification procedures may require up to 24 hours, and complex cases may require additional time for thorough review.

Funding Availability: The Foundation does not control individual donor decisions and cannot guarantee that all submitted relief requests will receive funding. Disbursement is contingent upon available resources and the matching of donor preferences with beneficiary needs.

Third-Party Processors: Donations are processed through independent third-party payment providers. The Foundation is not responsible for processing delays, technical issues, or errors attributable to these external service providers.

Currency & Fees: Donations may be subject to currency conversion and transaction fees imposed by payment processors or financial institutions. These fees are separate from Foundation operations and are not refundable.

6

Appreciation & Accountability

Building bridges of gratitude between donors and beneficiaries

The Foundation believes that expressions of gratitude serve a vital role in maintaining the human connection between those who give and those who receive. Appreciation messages and testimonials not only honor donor generosity but also provide transparency and accountability that strengthens trust in our humanitarian mission. Beneficiaries who receive relief through the Platform are required to participate in our appreciation program as a condition of continued access to Foundation services.
